What time is check in and check out?

Check-in is from 2 p.m.; check-out by 11 a.m. If you want, on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and pick it up later.

What are the terms of cancellation?

Refundable:

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

Instead, you will pay the full amount if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Non-Refundable:

In case of cancellation, changes or no-show, the full amount of the stay is charged.

Each rate, offer and package is subject to different cancellation policies.

Please check them during the booking process.

Do you have Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, we have free wireless Internet access throughout the facility.

Do I have a charge at the time of booking?

A credit card is usually required as a guarantee.

Only in the case of a prepaid rate is 100% of the reservation amount charged. In this case there are no cancellations and/or changes and refunds.

In case of semi-flexible rate 30% of the reservation amount is charged.

Do you provide a kit?

We provide our guests with a spa kit with bathrobe and slippers. It is possible to rent a shower towel at the facility at a cost of € 2.

Is the path a couple's path?

No, the SPA is always shared with other people.

Is it possible to do single or partner massage?

It is possible to choose from our treatment card among several massage proposals suitable for every need, either to be done in a single cabin or in a couple’s cabin.

No food and/or beverages can be consumed in the SPA and there are no dining areas.

With what medical conditions is spa access not recommended?

We do not recommend the use of the wellness center with cardiovascular disease, hypotensive or hypertensive crisis, severe hyperthyroidism, oncological diseases or chemotherapy treatments completed within the previous 6 months. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact our staff.
